The Northern Westchester & Southern CT offices of CertaPro Painters (www.certapro.com/westchester or www.certapro.com/greenwich) are looking for an outgoing, assertive and ambitious individual with experience in the construction industry AND project management to become our COMMERCIAL FIELD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Successfully manage on-site painting crews.
2. Enforce attention to detail of sales contracts and CertaPro performance guidelines.
3. Enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines.
4. Maximize productivity and handle customer-driven issues.
5. Assist in estimating projects and providing feedback to the team.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience required; painting experience a plus.
• Painting and carpentry skills highly desirable.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to establish and build relationships with painting crews.
• Interact with clients and support high-level customer service.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador representing company values.
• Train crews to company standards.
• Involvement in some aspects of selling.
• Heavy customer interaction and driving required.

Requirements:

• Full-time commitment of 50+ hours a week.
• Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Occasional out-of-state travel.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with Westchester and Fairfield Counties.
• Outgoing with excellent communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Highly fluent in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.
