Job summary

Aerotek is hiring for a Commercial Window Cleaner in Pleasanton, CA. The role focuses on high-quality exterior and interior window cleaning for commercial properties in the Tri-Valley, East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am–3 pm, with some weekend work possible. The position is contract to hire, fully onsite, with a pay range of $25.00–$35.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and paid

Job Title: Commercial Window Cleaner

Job Description

Join a leading commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton, servicing commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula. This role involves providing high-quality exterior and interior window cleaning services on commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior window cleaning using a water-fed pole and purified water system.
• Conduct ground-based work across office, retail, and industrial sites.
• Utilize skills in other trades such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and painting, if applicable.

Essential Skills

• Experience in commercial window cleaning.
• Proficiency with water-fed pole and purified water systems, including DI resin or RO filtration.
• Skill in traditional squeegee and scrubber work.
• Comfortable working from the ground on multi-story glass.
• Valid California driver's license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining filtration systems, including resin changes and TDS monitoring.
• Ability in screen and track cleaning.
• Skill in hard water stain removal.
• Experience in pressure washing.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
