Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of field technician experience or related experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Plumbing experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use hand tools and work with small parts.
• Organized and able to document processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Installs Type A systems and repairs RO systems, water softeners, and filter systems at customer sites.
• Performs troubleshooting, leak repair, component replacement, and calibrations.
• Executes service procedures for commercial products and maintains safety and cleanliness.
• Manages customer relationships by clearly explaining work and results.
• Maintains inventory and company vehicle/tools, ensuring safety and organization.
