Job summary

A commercial electrical company is seeking Level II Voice & Data Technicians in Austin, TX for various projects. Candidates should have at least 18 months of experience in structured cabling, familiarity with EIA/TIA standards, and the ability to work with various cabling types. Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of commercial Voice & Data / structured cabling experience.
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install, pull, label, dress, terminate, and test structured cabling systems.
• Perform closet terminations including 110 blocks and 66 blocks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Skills

Commercial Voice & Data / structured cabling experience

Familiarity with EIA/TIA standards

Ability to read and work from blueprints
