The position requires a Georgia bar in good standing, 5–7 years of relevant CRE experience, and the ability to work a hybrid schedule in the Atlanta metro area.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active Bar Admission in GEORGIA, in good standing.
• 5-7 years of title insurance underwriting or comparable CRE experience in a law firm.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law and applicable regulations.
• Ability to interpret and apply underwriting standards within delegated authority.
• Experience with title insurance underwriting and real estate closing processes.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication with stakeholders and clients.

This role is ideal for a commercial real estate attorney or experienced title underwriter who enjoys applying legal analysis to real estate matters, solving problems in real time, and partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class service.

The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, customer-centric communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse pipeline of commercial transactions while applying underwriting standards and company guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• JD from anABA-accredited law school required

• 5-7 years of substantive experience in title insurance underwriting or comparable commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, includingfederal and Georgia state regulations.
