The Commercial Order Entry & Title Review Specialist will be responsible for receiving, reviewing and opening all commercial orders and ensuring that the company’s third-party underwriting partner has all the property information needed to search for the property. Follow up on questions concerning opening new orders and/or missing information needed for the company’s third-party underwriting search partner. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00 an hour. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other relevant factors

What you\'ll do:
  • System input and assignment of new search requests to third-party underwriting search partner.
  • Research and verify property details before placement with partner.
  • Conduct a thorough review of commercial property details to provide third-party underwriting partner with all related parcel identification numbers for the property address.
  • Responsible for following up with clients to obtain any missing information needed.
  • Review transaction Deed to ensure formatting and local county recording requirements are met.
  • Create and deliver fee quote to client.
  • Review title commitment exceptions and requirements based upon client pre-delivery requirements.
  • Provide title review document with action points and summary to client.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What you\'ll need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Three plus (3+) years of experience in the title services industry.
