Job summary

Take Ten Tire and Service in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a dependable Commercial Tire Service Technician to join our team. Qualifications

• Experience with tire mounting, balancing, rotation and repair.
• Knowledge of commercial tire service and mobile tire repair is a plus.
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper equipment use.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify tire and vehicle service needs.
• Ability to maintain tools, equipment, inventory, and service vehicles.
• Willingness to complete required training and obtain or maintain applicable TIA certifications.
• Dependability, positive attitude, and commitment to quality customer service.
• Ability to safely operate company vehicles and comply with driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger vehicles and commercial trucks; CTS certification required for large truck tires.
• Perform tire repairs and other services in shop and on mobile calls.
• Inspect vehicles, complete written tire inspections, and recommend additional services.
• Perform fleet inspections, scrap tire analysis, and dispatch-related duties as applicable.
• Communicate potential issues to management and recommend solutions.
• Maintain inventory of tires, repair supplies, and customer-specific parts.
• Keep service trucks, tools, and equipment clean, organized and stocked.
• Complete daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and check fluid levels.
• Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Operate company vehicles safely and follow traffic laws and PPE.
• Participate in training and maintain current TIA certifications.
