Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician in Hastings, NE. The role covers tire installation, maintenance, and sales with a focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

You will perform tire and wheel service, TPMS calibration, and offsite support, while following company policies and safety standards to ensure quality workmanship and timely service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to frequently lift 35–75 pounds and perform bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS
• Washing tires and wheels
• Testing and installing batteries
• Using and maintenance of equipment
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience
