Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, repair and rotate tires, rebalance wheels, calibrate TPMS, wash components, and promote store sales. The role also includes customer service excellence and assisting other staff.

Responsibilities cover on-site tire service, off-site road calls, and a team-oriented environment with on-the-job training provided. A valid driver’s license is required, with lifting and physical demands described above.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Regularly lift 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels.
• Install/rebuild/calibrate TPMS.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
• Assist other employees.
• Test and install batteries.
