Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is hiring a Commercial Tire Service Technician responsible for installation, maintenance and sale of commercial tires and wheels. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, adherence to company policies, and safe, efficient work practices.

Responsibilities include tire/wheel installation, maintenance, TPMS calibration, and supporting offsite road service. Training is provided for a variety of tire-related skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding/calibrating TPMS and batteries.
• Testing and installing tires, and operating service vehicles for offsite work.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
