Job summary

Les Schwab is seeking a Commercial Tire Service Technician in Covington, WA. The role covers sales, service, and maintenance of commercial tires and wheels while delivering excellent customer service in line with company policies and the Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities include tire installation, maintenance, TPMS calibration, battery testing, and operating service vehicles for offsite services. A valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.

• Test drive vehicles.

Commercial Tire Service Technician (Tire Installation, Maintenance & Sales)

The Commercial Tire Service position is responsible for the sales, service, and maintenance of Commercial tires and wheels, providing excellent customer service and completing work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels;
• repairing, rotating, and inflating tires;
• attaching and rebalancing wheels;
• installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS;
• washing tires and wheels;
• testing and installing batteries;
• using and maintenance of equipment;
• assisting other employees;
• test driving vehicles;
• operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services;
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales; uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.

Experience:

Pay and Benefits:

$16.50 - $28.00 For full time positions after eligibility criteria are met, benefits include:
