ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a field telecom installer to perform installations, service calls, and maintenance of broadband and telecom services at commercial sites. You will ensure timely, high-quality service aligned with contract expectations and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in broadband/telecom installation in commercial settings and a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Ensure compliance with all site-specific safety and access protocols.
• Coordinate with dispatch and project teams to manage job scheduling and updates.
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in safe, working condition.
• Support structured cabling or rack equipment installation as required.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred (e.g., low-voltage, structured cabling)

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in broadband/telecom installation in commercial settings
• Experience working in office buildings, retail centers, or multi-dwelling units preferred

Exposure:

• Commercial job site protocols and infrastructure
• Telecom equipment, networking devices, and structured cabling
• Safety and compliance requirements in commercial environments

Physical Requirements
