Job Description
General Summary:
The Supply Chain Senior Manager role resides within the Shared Services team that supports all modalities and products across CMSC and Supply Chain. The Senior Managers primary role is the management and growth of our State License Program and to provide additional program/project support as needed. The typical support will involve leading internal and external complex projects that involve the coordination of deliverables and timelines and support.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for all State Licensing including renewals and new required licensing
- Ensure all licensing is completed by renewal dates
- Manages and primary contact for external Consultant partners
- Review all licensing needs for existing products and pipeline
- Effectively collaborates on objectives across existing global supply chain networks
- Participate in new supplier onboarding for licensing assessments
- Collaborates across CMSC & SC and various cross-functional groups (such as Quality, Legal, GSOC, and Commercial Teams, etc.) to proactively and collaboratively resolve issues and consolidate supporting documentation for State Licensing
- Author reports to Leadership on a regular cadence
- Assists in the creation of department goals
- Primary owner of assigned business processes documentation from creation to maintenance
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Collaborate with CMSC Risk Management and External Manufacturing teams in identifying, documenting and mitigating risks
Knowledge And Skills
- Industry knowledge or experience with State Licensing Regulations for the Biopharmaceutical industry preferred but not required
- Possesses a distinguished record of delivering on critical project goals and moving projects forward
- Strong overall business acumen
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, often addressing novel/unusual situations and exercising judgement based on significant technical experience
- Skilled at preparing and presenting informational and compelling reports, delivering to a variety of audiences
- Excellent ability to collaborate with other functional areas and build effective, productive business relationships
- Significant project management skills and highly proficient at managing, tracking, and measuring project progress; projects are dynamic and complex, requiring new perspectives and sophisticated analytical thought
- Displays proven effectiveness in managing stakeholder expectations, communicating in complex or sensitive situations, facilitating mutually beneficial outcomes and influencing/guiding others to adopt a new point of view
- Highly proficient with use of applicable software systems
Education And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- 6+ years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- State Licensing, Regulation, 3PL, regulated industry experience
Pay Range
$128,000 - $192,000
Disclosure Statement
The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
