gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to join our growing client in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up and interior work, and can lead teams with minimal oversight.

You will oversee project schedules, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, and clients. This is a long‑term opportunity with a stable, well‑established company offering growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects.
• Ground-up and interior commercial construction experience.
• Lead and manage projects independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
