Job summary

Teiken Global in Colorado is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead Aerospace/Manufacturing/BioPharma Commercial Interiors/TI projects across the region. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with clients and senior leadership, and drive project success from start to finish.

The role offers a base salary of $100,000 to $135,000 plus a truck, gas card, toll pass, full healthcare for you and your family, a bonus, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Experience running Commercial Interiors/TI projects.
• Ability to manage projects and lead a team of employees and subcontractors on site.
• Comfortable operating in client-facing environments and strong communication.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

• Must have experience in running Commercial Interiors/TI projects
• Must be able to manage projects and lead a team of employees and subcontractors/vendors on site
• Must be comfortable operating in client-facing environments
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
• Experience within the Denver construction market desirable but not essential
