Commercial Strategy & Operations Analyst, Network Development
Reports to: Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager, Network Development
Location: New York City (hybrid)
Compensation: $72,000 base + 20% bonus ($86,250 OTE)
About the Team: The Commercial Strategy & Operations team supports the President and his broader go-to-market function, including sales, marketing, account management, client success, channel partners (health plans, ecosystem partners, and benefits consultants), and Network Development. The Network Development team within Commercial is responsible for growing our provider network by signing contracts with surgeons and facilities across the country, in addition to growing and maintaining existing provider relationships.
Your Mission: We're looking for a highly analytical and process-oriented Analyst to join our Commercial Strategy & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or other data-driven roles who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will help drive forecasting, support strategic decision-making, and deliver insights & reporting that shape the trajectory of the Network team.

Strong Candidates Will: Strong candidates will have 1–3 years of experience in FP&A or analytical roles, with excellent Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint skills. They're organized, systems-minded, and effective cross-functional collaborators who can translate data into actionable insights and drive process improvements.
