What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical support for all FPI services, including telematics and fleet management
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues through step-by-step solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as necessary and manage customer handling processes
- Capture trends in customer support issues and report them to management for continuous improvement
- Provide updates and maintain ownership of cases, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma required; Associate degree or college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience
- Previous experience working on a relevant program advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
