Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent with a solid experience in COMMERCIAL solar construction to oversee and manage various projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely completion of all scopes of work, while effectively managing subcontractors on site.

Responsibilities

• Be present on the ground to oversee all construction activities.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Oversee the installation of commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems, chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Ensure the timely completion of all scopes of work in line with project deadlines.
• 3-5 years of experience in solar construction management, ideally commercial builds.
• Proficiency in solar construction planning, and management.
• Working knowledge in Procore & MS Project

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00 / hr.
