Job summary

Colite Technologies is seeking a PV Field Installation Crew Lead to manage a 3–4 person installation crew for rooftop commercial solar projects in Richmond, VA. You will ensure high-quality, safe installations within budget and schedule constraints, and coordinate with customers and utilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, proficiency with electrical drawings, and the ability to read elevations and BOMs.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrical license in SC or reciprocal state.
• Knowledgeable of NFPA 70E, NEC and Electrical Safety.
• Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
• OSHA10 or greater.
• NABCEP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–4 installers on rooftop solar projects.
• Install solar panels, mounts, electrical BOS, and commissioning.
• Install cables, conduit, wiring, and control devices.
• Connect solar system to utility interconnection.
• Ensure projects meet jurisdictional requirements.
• Review BOM at loading dock to stock crews.
• Represent Colite Technologies to customers and authorities.
• Recruit and coach crew; ensure accountability and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement for quality, safety, and schedule.
