Job Opportunity: Lead Security Investigator (Remote)

Join the SIU team and the Expanding Commercial GEICO Market as a Lead Security Investigator! This is a Remote position. As a Lead Security Investigator on our Commercial Team, you will conduct non-field investigations of suspected Commercial Auto, Commercial Trucking, Multiline, and Auto claims suspected of containing fraud flags and/or other illegal activities against the company. Responsibilities include interviewing, database inquiries, taking statements, conducting EUOs, locating sources of information and witnesses, evaluating information credibility, determining facts of loss, reporting to claims, referring investigations to outside agencies, and providing training and support to all departments in claims handling.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of claim and/or investigation experience handling commercial auto and/or trucking.
• Preferred Multi-Line experience (RV, Cycle, ATV, Marine).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and learn extensive technical and procedural information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high claim volumes and stressful situations.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home.

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $84,050 - $129,150 (Dependent on experience and location)

The salary range is a guideline; final offer factors include role responsibilities, experience, education, training, location, and market considerations. GEICO will not sponsor employment authorization for this role at this time.
