Job summary

System One is seeking a Commercial Sitework Division Manager in the Raleigh-Durham region of NC. You will lead the commercial site preparation business across NC, manage a large team, coordinate with partners and customers, and drive growth of turnkey heavy civil sitework packages including grading, paving, and utilities.

The role requires 8+ years of NC subcontractor experience, strong leadership, and expertise with PM and estimating tools such as HCSS HeavyJob/Bid2Win/Primavera.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years experience with NC subcontractor focusing on self-performing grade, pipe, and asphalt on turnkey heavy civil sitework.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software such as HCSS HeavyJob, HCSS HeavyBid, ProCore, Bid2Win (B2W), Primavera.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with project partners, internal teams, owners, and customers.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of water/sewer/storm pipe installations, underground structures, and large diameter pipe work.

• Provide expertise in water/sewer/storm pipe installations and underground structures such as stormwater detention centers and junction boxes.
• Utilize project management and estimating software including HCSS HeavyJob, HCSS HeavyBid, ProCore, Bid2Win (B2W), Primavera, and others to support project execution and bidding processes.

Job Overview

Requirements

• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large teams and complex projects.
• Knowledge of water/sewer/storm pipe installations, underground structures, and large diameter pipe work.
• Relevant organizational development, subcontractor, or executive experience preferred.
