Qualifications

• Knowledge in commercial Site Development and Earthwork required.
• Previous experience with a Site Development contractor preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and other MS Office products essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plan take-offs, gather vendor quotes, and calculate quantities.
• Collaborate to create and track Requests for Information (RFI).
• Contribute to all aspects of the bidding process.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Skills

Intermediate knowledge and experience in commercial Site Development

Proficiency in MS Office

Familiarity with AGTEK or similar software

Education

Degree in Civil Engineering
