Wenger Construction, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Commercial Siding Installer to join our team.

You will install a variety of exterior building systems on projects across the state, working with a crew to deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and collaboration. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of siding installation experience, familiarity with James Hardie, Nichiha, ACM panels, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of construction or commercial siding installation experience.
• Experience with James Hardie, Nichiha, ACM panels or similar exterior systems preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, lifts, and other equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial siding and exterior building systems to Wenger's safety and quality standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Safely operate tools and equipment on site.
• Collaborate with your crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Follow OSHA and Wenger Construction safety policies.
