Job summary

Meyers in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced Litho Press Operator to run KBA 105/106 sheetfed presses on weekends. You will own the start-to-finish operation, monitor color fidelity and registration, and keep downtime low while meeting production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in offset lithography, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Training in printing is a plus.

• 3+ years proven experience as a Litho Press Operator.
• Strong practical knowledge of offset lithography and press operations.
• Keen attention to detail and a knack for solving problems quickly.
• Reliable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently.
• Good communicator with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own start-to-finish operation of sheetfed offset equipment, including KBA 105/106.
• Hit quality targets by monitoring output, maintaining color fidelity, and managing registration.
• Precisely manage the ink/water balance to achieve crisp, repeatable results.
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance to keep uptime high.
