Job summary

Tecta America Corporation is seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Mechanics in Virginia Beach, VA. You will be responsible for fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems, collaborating with the roofing crew to complete tear-offs, gutter work, coping caps, and related tasks.

Qualifications include 0–1 year roofing experience, ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb a 40' ladder, work in heat or cold, no fear of heights, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

0–1 year commercial roofing experience.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly, repeated bending, climbing, kneeling.
Must be able to climb a ladder 40'.
Must be able to work in the heat and sub-zero cold.
No fear of heights.
Valid driver's license.
Must work well in a team environment.
Good attitude and willingness to work hard.

Responsibilities

Fabrication and installation of all sheet metal on various commercial roof systems.
Work with the roofing crew to complete all aspects of assigned job including tear-off of existing gutters and coping cap, installations, and other tasks assigned.
