King Door Company, a DH Pace Company, Inc., seeks Commercial Door Technicians for Knoxville, TN and surrounding areas. You will repair and install commercial doors, hardware, and related equipment.

Experience with roll-up doors, high-speed doors, dock equipment, or relevant trades is preferred, with training offered. Requires safe work practices and valid driver's license; physical duties include lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in a similar role or mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder.
• Must possess valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware including roll up doors, dock equipment, high-speed doors and entry doors.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties.
• Other duties as assigned.

If you have experience working with commercial doors including roll-up doors, high-speed doors, door hardware, dock equipment or any similarly skilled trades in the commercial construction industry, we are also willing to train!

Job Responsibilities:

• Repair a wide range of commercial doors and door hardware including roll up doors also known as dock doors, dock equipment, high speed rolling doors and commercial entry doors
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
• Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
• Experience in a similar role or one that required a mechanical aptitude preferred
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
