Four Seasons Kanga Roof in Roseville, MI is hiring a Commercial Service Specialist I to repair and maintain commercial sites, troubleshoot leaks, document work, and lead/train new technicians.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficient with technology and digital tools.
• Experience with leak investigation and repair.
• Excellent communication to work with supervisors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance at commercial sites to Kanga standards.
• Troubleshoot leaks and document work.
• Lead, manage, and train new technicians.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay aligned and improve.
