Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions is seeking a field service technician to service a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, travel to customer sites, and build strong client relationships. You will diagnose, repair and perform preventative maintenance to prevent equipment failures in restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and other commercial facilities.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of technical experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to participate in

Qualifications

• 1+ year of technical experience (refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or military).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation (nights/weekends).
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Become a trusted advisor to commercial customers by helping prevent equipment failures and keeping kitchens running at their best. In this role, you'll service a wide range of commercial foodservice equipment while working independently and building strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of technical experience (refrigeration, HVAC, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, or military)

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform frequent kneeling, bending, and reaching
• Comfortable working with electrical components, pressurized systems, open flames, and heated surfaces
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in varying environmental conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical training or certifications (EPA, CFESA, etc.)
• Experience with commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
