K&D Factory Service in Selinsgrove, PA is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC/R and Kitchen Service Technician. Join our team to diagnose, repair, and service commercial equipment across restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes.

We value 2+ years of industry experience, strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems, and a safety-first mindset. On-call, overtime pay, and comprehensive benefits are provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Must have a driving record aligning with safety standards and be 18+.
• Completion of background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose and repair commercial equipment.
• Accurately report service activities on the tablet after each call.
• Provide excellent customer experience and support to customers and team.
• Be available for on-call schedule with overtime pay.
• Operate and manage company vehicles, tools, and equipment per guidelines.

K&D Factory Service has been servicing the Keystone State since 1945. K&D specializes in the repair of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and food service equipment in restaurants, schools, hospitals, and nursing homes. Our technicians are servicing the Pennsylvania area out of 7 branches in Harrisburg, York, Lancaster, Williamsport, Allentown, Altoona, and Scranton. We are seeking Technicians with 2+ years of industry or related experience to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform dispatched service calls, diagnose, and repair service issues, and all other problems with commercial equipment
• Report all service activities accurately on the tablet after every call
• Provide excellent customer experience in supporting customers and partnering with internal team members
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Including overtime pay)
• Operate and manage company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment according to company guidelines

What You Need to Apply:

• 2+ years of experience servicing commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC/R or in a related industry
• Strong Knowledge of gas, steam, electrical, or mechanical systems
• Driving record must align with our safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• CFESA Certification or manufacturer training is a plus!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Completion of a Successful background check and drug screen
