Responsibilities

1. Complete our award-winning company paid training to learn the skills required to manage a pest control service route and become a Pro.
2. Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within your territory, ensuring timely and safe arrivals at each customer.
3. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet their pest management needs.
4. Serve as a problem solver for your customers to determine the most efficient pest solutions.
5. Complete all service-related documentation using your provided hand-held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required—training provided!
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work independently and manage route-based tasks.

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations, including:

• Using a ladder within weight capacity.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Accessing crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops, including climbing or balancing.
• Wearing PPE, including OSHA-compliant respirators.
• Working in various weather conditions.
