Job summary

MAKO OILFIELD SERVICES LLC is seeking a skilled Commercial Service Electrician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in various commercial settings. You will respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and code compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience, a Journeyman license, and strong communication skills to explain issues and estimates to customers. A clean driving record and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Journeyman Electrician License as required by local jurisdiction.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial electrical service.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local codes.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in commercial environments.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems including lighting, panels, circuits, outlets, and wiring.
• Perform inspections and ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and estimates.
• Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch, office staff, and other technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
