Johnson Controls is hiring an Electronic Security Technician for the FEMA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. The role supportsESS installations, maintenance, and security system programming for federal facilities, with travel to support other FEMA sites.
The position requires a high school diploma and experience with security systems, along with the ability to read blueprints. A DoD security clearance is preferred, and a company vehicle is provided.
We are seeking an Electronic Security Technician to join our federal team based at the FEMA Headquarters in downtown Washington D.C.

We help modernize U.S. military installations, Department of Defense and other federal agency facilities to be smarter, more resilient, efficient, sustainable, and secure.
Location: FEMA Headquarters and other FEMA locations. Some travel required at times to support other FEMA locations.
Pay Range: $43.00 - $53.00 per hour. Negotiable based on experience.

Shift: Day shift, Monday-Friday
Benefits: Eligible for benefits on first day of employment
Vacation: 3 weeks of paid vacation, 5 sick day, 10 standard holidays, 3 floating holidays (6.5 weeks in total)
