The Commercial Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts by assisting the Commercial Director in agent recruiting, training, and support activities. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving results and talent development.

This role allows you to continue selling commercial real estate and earn commissions while supporting the Commercial Director. Benefits are included.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruiting new and experienced commercial sales agents.
  • Support agent needs to add value, foster growth, and enhance the agent experience.
  • Lead training sessions on company technology, tools, and resources to empower agents.
  • Assist with agent coaching and transactions.
Experience
  • Three or more years of commercial real estate sales experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective recruitment and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with technology tools and training
  • Valid Real Estate or Broker’s license

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week), split equally between agent support/development and selling real estate.
