Clark Pest Control is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to develop and generate sales leads across commercial accounts. You’ll focus on maintaining relationships with restaurants, hotels, warehouses, and other businesses, using referrals, telemarketing, and networking to produce results.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, at least one year of sales experience, and the Branch II Field Representative license within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Commercial Sales Representative to obtain, develop and generate sales leads. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.

What You’ll Do

• Develop leads and sales by creative solicitation, telemarketing, referrals from existing client lists, working lists of associations (some of which we are members), working targeted lists (restaurants, hotels, motels, food processors, grocery stores, warehouses, department stores, condominiums, apartment houses, office property management firms, manufacturing, health facilities and other large businesses) and networking groups while attending meetings.

• First-year earning range $80,000 - $100,000, based on performance.

Our sales compensation plans are designed to reward strong results. While earnings beyond the stated range are not guaranteed, top‑performing Sales Representatives in the area frequently earn $125,000 or more annually through commissions and incentives.

Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, territory, and business conditions.
