Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to grow our presence across western Massachusetts. This isn’t a sit‑behind‑a‑desk role—you’ll be in the field building relationships, solving real problems, and driving revenue.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to obtain required pest control licensing (training and support provided)
• Ability to successfully pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screening

What You’ll Earn

• $1,000/week during your first 90 days (training ramp‑up)
• After training: $700–$800/week base + uncapped commission
• The more you build, the more you earn—simple as that

Where You’ll Work

• Based out of Agawam, MA
• Covering Western MA Territory

What You’ll Do

• Meet with business owners and decision‑makers face‑to‑face
• Inspect commercial properties and identify pest control needs

• Prospect new business through calls, visits, networking, and referrals
• Manage proposals, pricing, and follow‑ups

Essential Physical Functions Of The Role

• Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
• Enter, exit, and move through commercial buildings and job sites
• Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods during the workday
• Climb stairs and navigate uneven or varying property conditions
• Bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work in tight or confined spaces as part of inspections and service evaluations
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to varying weather conditions
• Safely perform job responsibilities in active commercial settings such as offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and industrial facilities
