Responsibilities
- Lead regional strategy to drive commercial and industrial growth across multiple states in the Northeastern US
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase adoption of technology solutions
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients across various sectors, including manufacturing and healthcare
- Coordinate sales activities with EPCs, developers, and distribution partners while developing direct relationships with key decision-makers
- Provide actionable market intelligence on trends, competitive positioning, and customer requirements
Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales management, particularly with complex engineered solutions
- Experience navigating multiple channels to market including distribution, EPCs, project developers, and end users
- Demonstrated ability to close significant commercial deals and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Technical understanding of commercial solar PV systems and energy infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree required; technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
