AutoZone seeks a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service and grow commercial sales. You will support order fulfillment, coordinate deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you’ll handle billing, inventory checks, and vehicle safety coordination while promoting a safe and compliant workplace. Opportunities exist for career growth within the Commercial Sales team.

Competenze

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.

Mansioni

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business through inbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and weekly stock checks.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
