AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive WOW customer service, grow commercial sales, and coordinate order fulfillment and delivery.

The role blends customer service, sales support, and logistics, with opportunities to lead and advance within the department. Responsibilities include assisting commercial customers, maintaining billing accuracy, and generating new business while ensuring safe operations and compliance.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in commercial sales or automotive retail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management.
• Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality.
• Generate new business via outbound calls and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections.
• Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures according to policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
