Responsibilities

• Assist commercial customers with product selection and orders.
• Maintain billing records and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Conduct account visits to build relationships and service quality.
• Generate new business via outbound and in-person outreach.
• Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and condition.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Manage battery inventory and weekly stock checks.
• Handle returns and accident procedures per policy.
• Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Sales Manager.
• Promote a safe and compliant work environment.
