Job summary

AmeriFence Corporation in Hastings, MN is seeking a Commercial Sales Estimator to estimate and submit proposals for fencing products and installations within the assigned territory. You will interpret blueprints, perform takeoffs, and prepare estimates while maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, field teams, and fabrication staff to ensure on-time project completion.

• Experience in estimation and proposal processes in construction or fencing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationships with customers and team members.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction and/or fencing industry.
• Understands and can perform all aspects of the estimation and proposal process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationships with customers and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Summary

• $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 annually + bonus
