What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Present solutions to address customer business challenges to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Establish and deliver compelling Proof of Value (PoV) and Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements
  • Collaborate with account managers to enhance client engagement strategies
  • Identify industry trends and address technical blockers to facilitate opportunity closures
  • Provide feedback to Product Management based on customer and market insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven ability to build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
  • High proficiency in cloud-computing technologies and familiarity with MS Windows, MS SQL Server, and Active Directory
  • Strong knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAUTH, and LDAP
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
  • Experience with various identity and privilege access management solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, MSCE, GIAC, CEH, or ISACA
  • Experience in DevOps environments
  • Familiarity with CyberArk, Thycotic, Centrify, and other industry-leading IAM solutions
