Job summary

Magnit is seeking a Commercial Sales Analyst for a 6-month temporary assignment in Plano, TX. The role supports the National Commercial Sales Manager with deal structures, rate quotes, and KYC processes in FiServ/Premier.

Responsibilities include coordinating dealer service level efforts, handling loan closings, invoicing for appraisals in Ariba, and maintaining logs. Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail credit, collections, dealership financial statements and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support National Commercial Sales Manager with deal structures and term sheets.
• Coordinate dealer service level efforts for loan closings and due diligence.
• Assist between Field Sales and TMCC Dealer Lending on loan modifications; escalate as needed.
• Manage the Commercial inbox and document storage for the commercial portfolio.
• Invoice dealers for appraisals and manage approvals in Ariba; maintain the appraisal log.
• Provide loan payoff quotes and prepayment fee calculations.
• Support miscellaneous commercial loan tasks and billing statements for Revolving Lines of Credit.
• Enter Applicant Know Your Customer (KYC) details into FiServ/Premier.
• Resolve customer questions on billing statements, loan processing, and general inquiries.
• Collect and coordinate annual due-diligence documentation for the TFSB REL portfolio when requested.

Job Summary

Commercial Sales Analyst – temporary assignment (6 months, potential extension) in Plano, TX.

Key Details

Pay: $35–$40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Support the National Commercial Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Manager/Sr. Analyst in new business prospects and deal structures, including term sheet preparation and rate quotes.
• Coordinate dealer service level efforts for loan and floorplan closing transactions, gathering appraisals, phase 1 and other due‑diligence items.
• Assist coordination between Field Sales and TMCC Dealer Lending on loan modifications and terminations, escalating as needed.
• Manage the Commercial inbox intake and document storage for the commercial portfolio (ShareDrive).
• Work with the CSM to invoice dealers for appraisals and manage appraisal approvals within Ariba, maintaining the appraisal log.
