Job summary

Tremco in Saint Paul, MN is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to maintain, repair, and install commercial roofing systems. The role is compensated at $20–$33 per hour with eligibility-based benefits.

Responsibilities include installation of BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems, safe tool operation, and compliance with OSHA regulations. Candidates should have at least 1 year in commercial roofing and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial roofing.
• Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Install different roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings).
• Operate roofing tools safely.
• Follow OSHA and safety regulations on site.
• Work outdoors in various weather; meet physical demands.
• Climb ladders; handle at least 50 lbs; communicate with team.
