Job summary

Tremco is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers in Minneapolis to maintain, repair, and install roofing systems on commercial properties. The position offers a competitive hourly rate ($20-33/hour) and a benefits package based on eligibility.

Responsibilities include installing BUR, EPDM, single-ply and coatings, safe tool use, OSHA compliance, and strong communication with foremen and teammates. Applicants must pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Commercial Roofing experience at all levels; 1 year preferred.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background check in line with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply and coatings.
• Safe operation of hand and power tools.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety practices on site.
• Work outdoors in varying weather to meet job demands.
• Climb ladders and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen and teammates.
