Job summary

Tremco is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers in Seattle to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial roofing systems. The role requires working with BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofs, with emphasis on safe operations and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of commercial roofing experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Install roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, single‑ply, coatings and other low‑slope roofs.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Follow OSHA regulations and safety practices on site.
• Work outside in varying weather conditions and meet physical demands.
• Climb ladders and handle at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and Tremco team members.
