We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Salary: $20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
• Climb and operate on ladders
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Commercial Roofing experience at all levels; at least 1 year preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical

The hourly rate generally ranges between $20 and $33, based on qualifications and operational needs.
