Job description

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation of various roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems
• Safe operation of tools (hand tools, power tools, etc.)
• Follow OSHA regulations and other safety standards, demonstrating safe work practices
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, meeting physical demands including mobility
• Climb ladders and handle at least 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and team members

Job Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Roofing preferred; at least 1 year
• Reliable transportation
• Acceptable background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical

The hourly rate typically ranges from $20 to $33, depending on qualifications and other factors.
