Job summary

Sancrest Llc is seeking a Commercial Roofer / Field Operations Lead to install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems across regional project sites. The role steps in to lead field operations when the foreman is unavailable, ensuring safety and workmanship.

You will supervise on-site crews, coordinate materials and equipment, mentor team members, and travel to job sites as required to deliver high quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial roofing systems and related installation/repair tasks.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
• Ability to inspect work and identify issues.
• Coordination of materials and equipment for daily operations.
• Mentor and support crew members to maintain productivity.

Responsibilities
