Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead multiple production crews, ensuring safety, quality and on-time project delivery. You will designate material staging areas and oversee roofing system installation.

Fluent English, 3–5 years of Construction Management and 2–3 years in roofing are required, along with a valid Driver’s License. This role involves 100% travel and staying at job locations for several weeks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management experience.
• 2-3 years in Roofing Industry.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily activities of multiple production crews.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED: looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time!!!

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Must designate material staging areas.
• Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues.
• Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.

Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:

All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.

What we look for in new team members:

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry
• Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
• Minimum High School Graduate or GED/College Preferred!
• Must be familiar with multiple types of roofing installation and manufacturers.
