Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Social Security card or FEIN letter matching your entity name.
• Completed W-9 Form.
• Proof of active General Liability ($1M/$2M) and Workers’ Compensation ($1M).
• Acknowledgment of OSHA compliance and site safety requirements.
• All tools, equipment, safety gear, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage in subcontracted commercial roofing projects (low-slope and flat-roof work).
• Perform installations and maintenance per project specifications.
• Coordinate with site managers and property managers to ensure quality and schedule.
• Uphold OSHA safety standards and environmental requirements on job sites.
• Operate as an independent contractor and manage own staffing and schedules.
